Community Connect works directly with community organizations and non-localized networks to launch complementary currency initiatives.  We assist in the development and administration of these projects including outreach to the businesses and citizens of the community.

Knowledge Building and Assessment
Our work begins with a discovery process so we can learn, understand and assess the specifics of the community organization or network with whom we are working.  Our process takes into account both economic and non-economic factors and our recommendations reflect this analysis. 

Design
We work with the designated community champions to adapt our technology and exchange platform to customize the website interface including transaction, marketplace and administrative functions.  The ideal design includes identifying the optimal methods for exchange in the most economical and convenient ways possible.  We recommend operational procedures and provide financial modeling.
 
Implementation
We assist in all aspects of the set-up, sales and marketing of the currency initiative.  This includes developing the work plans and training the designated managers on all elements – from initiation to promotion to administration of the system. 

Ongoing Support
Our support continues through ongoing education, networking and operational monitoring.  We maintain a continuous dialogue to improve the delivery of our services and functioning of the system.  We initiate follow-up activities to ensure that problems and issues are addressed and resolved as soon as possible. Our technology partner is readily available to assist administrators with platform and technology issues, including maintenance and updates.
